During Covid-19 we endeavour to make sure you get you order as quickly as possible however please allow extra time for your delivery during this unprecedented time.
Please be aware that we are currently unable to ship to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands.
 

Where do you ship to?

We offer shipping throughout the UK onlyUnfortunately, we are currently unable to ship to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland or the Channel Islands.

 

When will my order be shipped?

For orders placed by 1pm on a business day we aim to process, pack and ship your order the same day.

You will receive an email and/or text message confirmation when you place your order which contain a link for you to track your order.

Orders placed after 1pm or on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day.

For orders up to 1.99kg items will be shipped Royal Mail Standard 2nd Class. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.

For orders 2kg and above, items will be shipped with DPD’s Next Day delivery service.

 

Can I track my order?

Orders up to 1.99kg items are shipped Royal Mail Standard 2nd Class which is not a tracked service. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.

For orders 2kg and above we offer a tracked service via DPD Next Day delivery. Please check your email and/or text message confirmation for links to track your order.

 

I’ve lost my confirmation email / I didn’t receive a confirmation email.

For orders 2kg and above we offer a tracked service via DPD Next Day delivery. Please be sure to check your junk/spam mail folder to make sure the email hasn’t been delivered there by mistake.

If you cannot find the email or have lost it please get in touch with us a shop@nomochoc.com and we’ll be happy to help.

 

How do I pay for my order?

We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as shop pay, apple pay and google pay; at checkout you’ll have the option to select your preferred payment method and will be taken through a secure checkout.

 

Which shipping methods do you use?

Depending on the weight of your order, we use Royal Mail (Standard 2nd Class) and DPD.

Orders up to 1.99kg items are shipped Royal Mail Standard 2nd Class which is not a tracked service. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.

For orders 2kg and above, items will be shipped via DPD Next Day delivery service.

When you place an order, you will receive an email and/or text message with a shipment tracking link, which enables you to check on your order status and track its progress.

 

I haven’t received my order, where is it?

Please check your confirmation email and/or text message for tracking links. If you have been waiting to receive your order longer than 5 business days then please contact us at shop@nomochoc.com and we will be able to help.

 

I received my order but it’s incorrect

We do our best to make sure your order is correct, but on occasion mistakes can be made. Please contact us at shop@nomochoc.com and we will be able to help correct your order.

 

Can I change my order after I have placed it?

Unfortunately, you cannot amend your order once it has been placed. If you have a query regarding your order please contact us at shop@nomochoc.com.

 

Can I return my order?

We hope you enjoy your NOMO chocs but if for some reason you aren’t happy please send us an email (shop@nomochoc.com) within 30 days and we will work to resolve your query.
